RDOVE Markets is a decentralized prediction market platform built on the Ethereum blockchain. Users can create prediction markets, trade positions using RAREDOVE ($RDOVE) tokens, and earn rewards. The Platform uses an Automated Market Maker (AMM) system for price discovery and liquidity provision.
Access to the Platform requires connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (such as MetaMask or WalletConnect-compatible wallets). You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, private keys, and any credentials associated with your wallet. We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover lost wallets or funds.
All transactions on RDOVE Markets are conducted using RAREDOVE ($RDOVE) tokens. You are responsible for acquiring $RDOVE tokens through legitimate means. The Platform does not sell or distribute $RDOVE tokens directly. For information about $RDOVE tokens, please visit raredovecoin.com.

Users may create prediction markets by providing a clear question, resolution criteria, end date, and initial liquidity. Market creators are responsible for resolving their markets honestly and in accordance with the stated resolution criteria. False or manipulative market resolution may result in loss of platform privileges.
IMPORTANT: Prediction markets involve significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested $RDOVE tokens. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of cryptocurrency tokens, including $RDOVE, can be highly volatile.

The Platform operates using smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. While these contracts have been tested, they may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with smart contract technology, including but not limited to potential loss of funds due to contract bugs, blockchain network issues, or malicious attacks.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RDOVE MARKETS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TOKENS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RDOVE Markets, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
